Point Group Questions

  1. “How we see our life and the world will have a huge impact on how we respond and whether we move forward or stay stuck.” What would you say is your default lens for how you see the world? Are you typically optimistic or pessimistic. Do you see obstacles or opportunities? Do you see people first or projects first? How does your default view impact or interact with your faith?

  2. God wants us to see that He is present and at work in our lives and our world. And that it is good! Take a moment to share how you are seeing God “present and at work” in your life and offer Him praise for it. Is there an area that you would like to see more clearly how He is working and moving? Ask God for spiritual eyes to see.

  3. God’s Word clearly demonstrates that the Holy Spirit always works and leads in concert with God’s Word. But our world often confuses that. What are some things people in our world often give the Spirit credit for that are not consistent with God’s Word. How can we avoid falling victim to those lies and help others see truth more clearly?

  4. Living out a biblical world view is essential to walking in spiritual maturity. On a scale of 1-10, how well formulated is your worldview to the truth of Scripture? Where are some areas that need a bit more growth?

  5. Focusing on the eternal “win” is quintessential to spiritual vision. What are some eternal purposes or victories that you feel God is moving you to pursue? What do you need to change about how you see and engage your world to experience that?
